From Lasha Mikava:

I am an Associate Partner at SavvY with more than 30 years of executive leadership and strategic advisory experience across investment platforms, industrial holdings, and public sector governance. Over the course of my career, I have worked across multiple jurisdictions including Georgia, Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Switzerland, and the Netherlands.

I advise organizations, investors, and leadership teams on corporate strategy, governance, and large-scale transformation initiatives. My work focuses on supporting complex organizations and multi-sector groups in navigating strategic change, strengthening governance structures, and aligning operational performance with long-term investment and growth objectives.

Throughout my career, I have held senior executive and board-level roles across both the private and public sectors. I began my advisory career at McKinsey & Company and later held senior leadership positions within System Capital Management, one of Ukraine’s largest industrial and investment groups. I also served as Chairman of the Board of Ukrtelecom, where I led the strategic governance and transformation of the former national telecommunications operator serving more than 10 million subscribers.

In addition to my corporate leadership experience, I have served as Deputy Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia, where I oversaw the National Agency for State Property Management and was responsible for state asset management, privatization strategy, and investor relations. I have also advised global investors and family offices, including involvement with the family office of Frederik Paulsen Jr.. Most recently, I served as Group CEO of Georgian Industrial Group, overseeing a multi-sector portfolio operating across several countries and industries. I continue to work closely with boards, investors, and ownership groups on strategic development and governance matters.

I completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at Harvard Business School and hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Olin Business School at Washington University in Saint Louis.
