Hey, I'm Natia Svanadze and I'm gonna help you
Associate Partner

From Natia Svanadze:
I am a Partner at SavvY, leading the Financial Management Department with more than 15 years of experience across corporate finance, audit, governance, finance transformation, and entrepreneurial leadership. I advise founders, CEOs, boards, and investors on strategic financial planning, IFRS adoption and implementation, outsourced CFO services, financial reporting transformation, corporate finance structuring, capital raising, and investor relations.
My career foundation was built at EY, where I progressed to Senior Manager, leading complex multi-location engagements and supporting sophisticated capital market transactions, including bond issuances on the London Stock Exchange. Complementing this Big Four foundation, I also bring founder-side finance experience from serving as Co-Founder and CFO of a startup venture, where I led financial planning, fundraising, investor communications, and the development of finance processes to support growth-stage decision-making.
I also bring board-level governance experience through my roles as Head of Audit Committee at JSC Halyk Bank Georgia, overseeing financial reporting integrity, regulatory compliance, and audit effectiveness.
My work focuses on helping organizations build finance functions that support scale, improve access to capital, strengthen investor confidence, and enable better strategic decision-making. I also support finance capability development through the design and delivery of practical IFRS implementation and financial reporting programs, helping finance teams improve compliance, reporting quality, and decision-support frameworks.
I am a Fellow Member of ACCA and a certified auditor in both the private and public sectors. My approach is centered on translating financial complexity into commercially actionable insights that drive sustainable growth, operational discipline, and long-term enterprise value.
