I’m an Ethics & Compliance professional specialising in business integrity, anti-corruption, ethics and compliance programmes, and integrity risk management. With my foundation from bp, Equinor, in my current role of Compliance Manager at leading oil and gas company- SOCAR Midstream Gas Operatoins, I engage with a broad range of ethics and compliance matters, including anti-bribery and corruption, integrity due diligence, compliance risk management, investigations, training, and the development of an ethical corporate culture.
Holding international certification as a Leadership Professional in Ethics and Compliance (LPEC), Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional International (CCEP-I), ISO 37001 Internal Auditor and an alumna of the International Anti-Corruption Academy (IACA), enhanced with my academic expertise as PhD, I explore and integrate international standards and cross-country best practices into operations.
