From Giorgi Gudabandze:

I am an experienced business advisor specializing in international trade and private-sector development, with a strong track record in designing and managing complex projects funded by international development institutions. I hold a degree from the FreeUniversity of Tbilisi.

My professional work focuses on international trade advisory and the development of export-oriented industries. I support companies and institutions through international trade strategy design, market research, logistics structuring, strategic business development, project management, monitoring and evaluation frameworks, grant management systems, analytical reporting, and product and market development.

My expertise is centered on international trade, while my sectoral experience covers a range of industries. Among these, the food and beverage sector is an area where I have developed particularly strong practical experience. I have been involved in numerous initiatives aimed at strengthening producers' international competitiveness and facilitating their access to advanced markets, including the EU, UK, USA, Japan, Turkey, Canada, EFTA countries, China, and the Gulf region.

Throughout my career, I have led and implemented more than 20 projects funded by organizations such as the USAID, EBRD, the World Bank, GIZ, EU4Business, and the United Nations, among others.

In parallel to my advisory work, I contribute to academic and professional capacity building. I serve as an invited lecturer at Caucasus University, where I deliver lectures within the “Certified Export Management” program funded by Enterprise Georgia. I also design and conduct specialized training programs and workshops on international trade management for both public and private sector stakeholders.
