Building on this success, a second edition of the trade show was organized in 2026, establishing the foundation for it to become an annual platform for the sector. Designed as a comprehensive industry platform, the trade show brought together 50 prominent companies from both local and international markets, representing a wide array of subsectors: land, air, sea, and railway transportation; cargo terminals and ports; packaging solutions; warehousing services; cargo insurance providers; and integrated logistics service companies.</p><p style="text-align:justify;">Complementing the trade exhibition was a high-level 2-day business forum, which served as a critical dialogue platform uniting private sector leaders, government authorities, and international development stakeholders. The forum addressed key trends and challenges shaping the logistics sector in Georgia and beyond, covering themes such as sectoral research insights, foreign direct investment potential, financing mechanisms, and infrastructure development. Pioneering Georgia’s First International Transport & Logistics Trade Show

<h1 style="margin-left:0px;text-align:justify;">B2B Matchmaking Meetings during the Gulfood Trade Show<br>&nbsp;</h1><p style="margin-left:0px;text-align:justify;"><span style="background-color:transparent;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif;">On 26–27 January, in Dubai, a targeted business-to-business (B2B) matchmaking program was implemented in parallel with Gulfood 2026, one of the world’s leading international food and beverage exhibitions. The program was specifically designed for Georgian food and beverage manufacturing companies seeking structured and commercially meaningful entry into the UAE market.</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="background-color:transparent;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif;">The initiative was developed and delivered by SavvY, in close cooperation with the Georgian Business Council and the Caucasus Training Center, with financial and institutional support from the Bank of Georgia. The project addressed a persistent challenge faced by export-oriented Georgian producers. While international exhibitions provide visibility, they rarely ensure high-quality, decision-maker-level engagement that can lead to concrete commercial agreements.</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="background-color:transparent;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif;">Recognizing that successful market entry in highly competitive markets such as the UAE requires more than passive exhibition participation, the program prioritized curated, face-to-face engagement with pre-qualified buyers. In partnership with the Bank of Georgia, a selected group of Georgian food and beverage companies was identified based on export readiness and sector relevance.</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="background-color:transparent;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif;">Each participating company underwent individualized preparation, including the development of tailored company profiles aligned with UAE buyer expectations, product positioning, and commercial capacity. In parallel, SavvY, together with its UAE-based partners, conducted targeted outreach to key market players, including food and beverage importers, distributors, wholesalers, and retail chains.</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="background-color:transparent;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif;">Rather than generic networking, the program focused on pre-arranged, one-to-one B2B meetings with relevant buyers, ensuring sectoral alignment and commercial intent on both sides. Participating companies strengthened their market intelligence, refined their export positioning, and established credible commercial relationships within the UAE ecosystem. Export Potential Analysis & Market Research

Facilitation support to advance the producer-buyer relationship system in Georgia 

<p style="text-align:justify;">Starting in May 2024, SavvY has been providing export consulting services to Maisi, a natural juices manufacturer in Georgia. These services focus on expanding Maisi's export presence in developed markets and encompass a range of activities, including ongoing market research on new product offerings, packaging, and innovations. Additionally, SavvY is responsible for identifying and engaging with potential buyers and preparing logistical data &amp; calculations. preparing for promotional events in target export markets, and representing Maisi at international trade shows. The service also involves negotiating key terms such as pricing and delivery conditions with prospective buyers.</p><p style="text-align:justify;">Currently, several active negotiations are underway regarding product exports, with the first export shipment to Israel having been sent in December 2024 to a highly reputable beverage importer. In collaboration with Maisi's management, SavvY helped develop a private label for this buyer. Furthermore, SavvY provides an annual export marketing strategy for Maisi, which includes identifying relevant trade shows and marketing events, as well as preparing for and participating in these events. This strategic approach is crucial for creating a clear action plan, allocating the necessary budget, and aligning export activities with the company's overall capacities and vision.</p><p style="text-align:justify;">Overall, the floating export management service encompasses all export-related operational activities, which are efficiently managed and executed by the SavvY Team.</p><p style="text-align:justify;">The project is currently underway, with the primary objective of developing and executing a comprehensive export market strategy for Maisi. This strategy outlines a detailed roadmap for enhancing Maisi's international presence, with particular emphasis on its export initiatives for 2025.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">On November 10-12, 2026, the city of Tashkent, Uzbekistan, will host TransLogistica 2026 - one of the leading international exhibitions for the transport and logistics industry. The event will feature the participation of 10 Georgian transport and logistics companies, with the organizational management of the project led by SavvY.</p><p style="text-align:justify;">This initiative marks the first time that SavvY is organizing the Georgian Pavilion at TransLogistica Uzbekistan, establishing a unified national representation for Georgian transport and logistics companies within one of Central Asia’s leading industry exhibitions.&nbsp;</p><p style="text-align:justify;">SavvY is responsible for the full-cycle implementation and coordination of the project, ensuring the high-quality representation of the Georgian Pavilion on the international platform.
