Starting in May 2024, SavvY has been providing export consulting services to Maisi, a natural juices manufacturer in Georgia. These services focus on expanding Maisi's export presence in developed markets and encompass a range of activities, including ongoing market research on new product offerings, packaging, and innovations. Additionally, SavvY is responsible for identifying and engaging with potential buyers and preparing logistical data & calculations. preparing for promotional events in target export markets, and representing Maisi at international trade shows. The service also involves negotiating key terms such as pricing and delivery conditions with prospective buyers.
Currently, several active negotiations are underway regarding product exports, with the first export shipment to Israel having been sent in December 2024 to a highly reputable beverage importer. In collaboration with Maisi's management, SavvY helped develop a private label for this buyer. Furthermore, SavvY provides an annual export marketing strategy for Maisi, which includes identifying relevant trade shows and marketing events, as well as preparing for and participating in these events. This strategic approach is crucial for creating a clear action plan, allocating the necessary budget, and aligning export activities with the company's overall capacities and vision.
