Capacity Building & Consulting Services for Business Clinic Project

The “Project on Capacity Building and Consulting Services as part of the Business Clinic Project,” initiated and funded by the USAID Economic Security Program and BOG, was performed to support selected companies in obtaining financing and developing export strategies.

During the project implementation, four high-growth-potential medium-sized companies were supported by SavvY with tailored business development and access-to-finance strategies. SavvY played a crucial role in assisting these companies by developing detailed financial statements based on raw financial data, providing a clear and accurate picture of their financial standing. Additionally, SavvY prepared a comprehensive business plan to demonstrate the financial viability of their proposed expansion strategies, ensuring the plans were both realistic and aligned with their growth objectives.

To facilitate financing, SavvY also prepared a professional package for financial institutions, including the financial statements, business plan, and necessary supporting documents required for funding applications. As a result of these efforts, one of the four participating companies successfully secured significant funding from a financial institution, leveraging the high-quality materials prepared by SavvY to showcase their potential and credibility effectively.
