Brazilian Trade Mission in Georgia and Armenia

SavvY played a central role in the organization and delivery of a targeted Brazilian Trade Mission to Georgia and Armenia, focused on facilitating direct B2B engagement between companies from the participating markets. The initiative was led by the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (Apex-Brazil) and the Embassy of Brazil, with SavvY responsible for structuring and executing the matchmaking component of the program.

At the core of the mission was the design and management of curated B2B meetings between Brazilian, Georgian, and Armenian companies operating primarily in trade and transportation sectors. SavvY identified, screened, and matched participants based on commercial interests, ensuring alignment in business objectives and increasing the likelihood of tangible outcomes. Over 30 companies participated in the mission, engaging in structured, pre-arranged meetings rather than general networking formats.

The approach prioritized focus on direct engagement with relevant counterparts and enabling meaningful discussions around potential partnerships, distribution opportunities, and cross-border cooperation. Consequently, the B2B meetings generated strong follow-up interest from participants and initiated further negotiations between companies beyond the mission itself.

This project highlights SavvY’s ability to design and implement commercially driven B2B matchmaking engagements, ensuring that international trade missions translate into tangible business opportunities.
