In 2017, SavvY worked on a business plan for a hotel in Old Tbilisi. During the project, SavvY’s team studied the supply and demand of the hotel market and analyzed all potential competitors along with other future hotel developments in the area. While developing the plan, it was important to determine the new hotel’s competitive advantage. The financial calculations of the project were prepared for 7 years, based on all the information and assumptions made.
