The SavvY team prepared a business plan for a premium steak restaurant in Tbilisi. The project included market research, competitor analysis, and a financial model. The market research revealed that there is a lack of similar venues in Tbilisi, even though several cafes and restaurants have steak on their menu. A high-quality assortment can be found in only a few restaurants. The project also analyzed consumer spending trends, restaurant business challenges, and recovery statistics after the COVID -19 pandemic. Finally, a financial model was created that included forecasting revenues and expenditures, the amount of investment required, and evaluating the project in terms of return on investment.
