&nbsp;SavvY developed a&nbsp;PVC and Aluminium windows and doors manufacturing business plan. The factory is considered to be established in the Poti free industrial zone. Throughout the project, the SavvY team conducted market research In order to assess the state of the industry in Georgia, to find the gap between supply and demand, and to come up with the solution how to fill that gap. Furthermore, taking into account the residential and non-residential construction projects in the pipeline, the project team estimated the potential demand for windows and doors. Based on the information accumulated during the research stage, the team developed a financial plan for the next 7 years.
