<h4 style="margin-left:0px;text-align:justify;">Business Plan</h4>In April-June 2018, SavvY prepared a hotel business plan for Samisi LLC. With the active cooperation with client we developed the concept of a hotel, which implies arrangement of integrated accommodation with cellar and vineyards in Kakheti, Vachnadzeian village of Gurjaani district. After the concept of the hotel was developed, the target audience was identified, the focus was on the characteristics of the hotel so that the business could gain a competitive advantage in the future market. Before the work on the business plan had started, the SavvY’s team visited the land selected by Samisi LLC. After the fieldwork, SavvY started the active work on Business Plan. Within the framework of the project, we reviewed&nbsp; the tourism and hospitality industry. Also Savvy’s team made the analyses of the political, economical and other factors which effects the business environment in the country , identified and studied direct and indirect competitors, made future forecasts of hotel occupancy, expected costs and revenues, and prepared financial modeling.<h4 style="margin-left:0px;text-align:justify;">Business Valuation</h4>“Samisi Ltd” is located in Gurjaani municipality. The hotel can offer 54 rooms for guests. Hotel services also include a swimming pool and lounge. Samisi Ltd owns a plot of land on which a vineyard is cultivated. Also, Samisi Ltd owns a wine cellar, where a small wine production line will be located and the traditional pitcher wine will be made.In 2020, under the project, SavvY provided business valuation consulting service to the company based on international valuation standards
