SavvY's team conducted a thorough analysis of the financial feasibility of arranging an outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, and co-working space within the Old City Panorama complex. The main objective of the study was to assess the project's financial feasibility, considering two scenarios: operating the facilities independently or leasing them to another company.
