Hey, I'm Nika Koyava and I'm gonna help you

From Nika Koyava :
I began working at SavvY in September 2019, and I have been fortunate to bring my expertise in finance to the company. With a PhD degree in Finance and over 15 years of experience in both the academic and business sectors, I have gained valuable knowledge and skills that I apply to my role at SavvY.
As part of the team, I am responsible for M&A (mergers and acquisitions) and Due Diligence, which involves assessing the financial and operational aspects of potential investment opportunities. This entails conducting thorough research, analyzing financial statements, and evaluating the risks and benefits associated with each transaction.
Furthermore, I lead the funding department, where I oversee the process of securing financing for our projects and initiatives. This involves building relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to ensure we have the necessary capital to support our growth and expansion plans.
