The initial feasibility study for the logistics center was conducted on a 2-hectare site in Tbilisi. The project aims to create a regional logistics hub that will transport goods from Poti and Batumi and handle and store them on behalf of customers in its A-class warehouse.
Intensive market research was conducted to analyze the demand and supply of the service in the Georgian market and the trends reflecting the market conjuncture. The business concept and financial model were prepared to determine the feasibility of the project.
