Financial Management in Hubmsheni

 SavvY team began a one-year partnership with Ltd. Habmshen in the direction of the financial management and Business Process Optimization. As part of the project, SavvY reviewed the company’s financial condition, identified process challenges, developed an action plan, and worked with company representatives in the implementation process. In particular, the company’s financial statements for the past period and the 1-year forecast budget was prepared; budget planning and control mechanisms were implemented; the company’s financial, procurement, sales and construction production team was staffed; finance and construction processes and relevant control mechanisms were implemented.
