Pioneering Georgia’s First International Transport & Logistics Trade Show

Expo Georgia

Logistics Expo
SavvY, in strategic partnership with ExpoGeorgia, successfully spearheaded the first-ever international transport and logistics trade show in Georgia, a landmark 2-day event held in 2025 that redefined the regional logistics landscape. Building on this success, a second edition of the trade show was organized in 2026, establishing the foundation for it to become an annual platform for the sector. Designed as a comprehensive industry platform, the trade show brought together 50 prominent companies from both local and international markets, representing a wide array of subsectors: land, air, sea, and railway transportation; cargo terminals and ports; packaging solutions; warehousing services; cargo insurance providers; and integrated logistics service companies.
Complementing the trade exhibition was a high-level 2-day business forum, which served as a critical dialogue platform uniting private sector leaders, government authorities, and international development stakeholders. The forum addressed key trends and challenges shaping the logistics sector in Georgia and beyond, covering themes such as sectoral research insights, foreign direct investment potential, financing mechanisms, and infrastructure development. The forum also featured expert-led panel discussions focused on strategic topics such as Georgia’s role in the Middle Corridor, multimodal transport systems, digital logistics innovations, and Third-Party Logistics (3PL) services.
How We Helped | End-to-End Strategic Planning, Engagement & Execution As part of the preparation phase, SavvY developed a comprehensive database of potential exhibitors and strategic participants, which became the foundation for targeted outreach and high-quality stakeholder engagement. This data-driven approach ensured that both editions of the event attracted a diverse and relevant mix of companies from across the transport and logistics value chain. We conducted focused outreach campaigns to engage logistics service consumers, industry leaders, public agencies, and regional stakeholders. Our team curated the full agenda for the forum, including speaker and moderator selection, panel structuring, and presentation development. We facilitated cross-sector participation to ensure that the event delivered value to both service providers and potential clients. On-site, SavvY conducted real-time satisfaction surveys and feedback sessions with exhibitors and attendees during both events, collecting high-quality data to assess effectiveness and guide continuous improvement. Participation certificates were issued to all attendees, reinforcing the event’s professional standard and institutional continuity. |
Impact and Potential | Catalyzing Growth in Georgia’s Logistics Ecosystem The event successfully demonstrated Georgia’s readiness to attract international logistics investments and play a pivotal role in the Middle Corridor, a strategic route connecting Central Asia to Europe. It fostered new B2B partnerships, generated tangible commercial leads, and sparked interest from multinational service providers. Building on this momentum, SavvY and ExpoGeorgia are committed to scaling the event into an annual international flagship gathering, expanding its scope across the Middle Corridor countries. The successful delivery of two consecutive editions (2025 and 2026) has already validated the platform’s sustainability and relevance. The vision is to transform the platform into a pan-regional logistics and connectivity forum, fueling sustainable growth, innovation, and cross-border collaboration. As a first-of-its-kind initiative launched in 2025 and reinforced through its 2026 edition, the event has set a new standard for logistics sector engagement and multi-stakeholder collaboration in the region. Despite the absence of precedent for such a platform at the outset, SavvY and ExpoGeorgia navigated logistical and coordination challenges through meticulous planning and agile execution, ensuring seamless implementation across both editions. This initiative is part of SavvY's broader mission to position Georgia as a strategic logistics gateway between Asia and Europe, through consistent thought leadership and platform-building. |
