SavvY conducted a comprehensive financial assessment for Amaltea Group, a dairy products producer, to evaluate the potential for securing private investment. The goal was to help Amaltea attract investors by thoroughly examining their financials and business operations, ensuring that all relevant factors were considered to facilitate informed investment decisions.

The evaluation process involved a thorough examination of Amaltea Group's organizational and operational structure, financial performance, and market position. SavvY’s approach included:

Market and Competitor Analysis: In-depth research on the competitive landscape, identifying key market players, their positions, and financial standings.
Operational and Financial Review: Assessing Amaltea’s production and sales processes, including pricing, volume, and discount strategies, along with detailed financial documents such as profit and loss statements, cash flow forecasts, and financial projections.

SavvY conducted thorough research on the company's current market standing by analyzing its competitors, their market position, and financial data. During the due diligence process, the SavvY team also had interviews with the executives of the company. Throughout this project, the team developed a detailed procurement and production plan, a sales plan (including price, volume, and discount calculations), forecasted cash flow, and profit & loss statements. The pricing/cost calculator tool was also created.

Impact and potential

Following SavvY’s financial assessment, Amaltea Group successfully secured a private investor. The investment provided the company with the necessary capital for expansion and further growth.

In addition, SavvY continued its collaboration with Amaltea by joining the company as a financial manager, where we supported the company with the following tasks:
