SavvY conducted a feasibility study for the cultivation of almond orchards and the production of almonds, almond milk, flour, and butter. While working on the project, the SavvY team conducted market research. The aim of the market research was to assess the existing supply and demand and to identify sales opportunities for almonds and almond products - milk, butter, and flour - in Georgia and abroad. Based on the information gathered during the market research, evaluation of the initial investment required for the project, and analysis of the prepared 7-year forecast for revenues and expenditures, the team prepared feasibility analyses of the individual projects: 1. almond orchard, 2. production of almonds, 3. production of almond products, and for all three projects together.
