Comprehensive Business Plan and Strategic Development Document

SavvY developed a comprehensive business plan and strategic development document for Maisi, a fruit processing and juice production factory, which successfully secured 600,000 GEL in financing from the Rural Development Agency under the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia. In addition to this, SavvY crafted a detailed financial model, which was pivotal in attracting additional private equity investment to fully equip the factory and elevate the company to modern standards, ensuring high-quality production.

The strategic development plan included detailed information about the business model, operational considerations, strategic goals and KPIs. SavvY further supported the company in the development of its initial marketing strategy, which included creating a strategic communication plan and preparing all necessary marketing materials, such as: Logo Design; Corporate Colors; Typography and Brand Guidelines; Templates and Graphic Designs for Flyers, Brochures, and Banners; 

By combining a robust business plan, a sound financial model, and a targeted marketing strategy, SavvY played an instrumental role in Maisi's successful market entry and its expansion into both domestic and international markets.

Thanks to these efforts, the Maisi brand is now widely available in local markets and has made its first steps into the export business, expanding its reach internationally.
