This platform lets you discover Georgian designers' collections, authentic brands, vintage pieces, mass-market brands' outlets, and pre-loved items. Within the framework of the Global Program Migration &amp; Diaspora program, in November 2021, with the finance of GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit), a Business Process Analysis and Operations Management Manual was prepared for the State Programme for Reintegration of Returned Migrants.Meetings with program managers were conducted to analyze business processes, formal documents were processed, interviews with program implementers were conducted, program beneficiaries were interviewed, and secondary research was conducted.As a result, the business process analysis document includes a description of the effectiveness of the work performed during the planning, implementation and monitoring-reporting phase, challenges and recommendations for improvement.In addition, the project has prepared an operation management manual and annex documents, which include the organizational structure of the program and an operations management map at the planning, implementation, and monitoring or reporting stages. The Operations Management Manual describes the processes related to the implementation of the State Programme for Reintegration of Returned Migrants.

The event will feature the participation of 10 Georgian transport and logistics companies, with the organizational management of the project led by SavvY.This initiative marks the first time that SavvY is organizing the Georgian Pavilion at TransLogistica Uzbekistan, establishing a unified national representation for Georgian transport and logistics companies within one of Central Asia’s leading industry exhibitions.&nbsp;SavvY is responsible for the full-cycle implementation and coordination of the project, ensuring the high-quality representation of the Georgian Pavilion on the international platform.
