From Khatia Devadze:

I am an Executive Director at SavvY with over 8 years of experience advising companies on financial management and strategic decision-making.

My work focuses on financial analysis and diagnostics, building financial management systems, developing financial models, and designing management reporting structures that enable leadership teams to make informed, data-driven decisions. I support organizations in strengthening financial controls, improving performance monitoring, and aligning financial management with strategic and operational objectives.

Over the course of my career, I have led and contributed to 40+ financial advisory and reporting projects across multiple countries and jurisdictions, working with companies in sectors including technology, manufacturing, hospitality, real estate, and professional services.

I lead project teams delivering financial transformation initiatives and work closely with founders and executive teams to translate financial data into insights that improve performance, strengthen financial discipline, and support sustainable growth.
